A thick weld is placed between runners 1 and 2 as well as 3 and 4.

The collector is braced to the base of runners 2 and 3. All welds were made with a mig welder using steel wire. This works fine on stainless steel but does result in a little bit of spatter and an uglier weld.
The turbo flange is then braced to runners 2 and 3.
