Use the small nipple to route a vacuum line for the fuel pressure regulator.

Once the new manifold is installed, route the BOV line and the brake booster line as indicated above.
Attach the air line from the charge pipe to the AAC, FICD assembly using a 3/8" hose. (This image also shows zip ties holding an already modified harness to the fuel rail.)
