Flip the manifold around and pack JB Weld on the other side of the EGR feed.

After cutting the posts, fill the EGR hole with the JB Weld.
Place RTV around the edge of the back plate and reinstall the plate. Once dry, wipe the excess RTV from the edges. The EGR system is now blocked.
