Attach the air line from the charge pipe to the AAC, FICD assembly using a 3/8" hose. (This image also shows zip ties holding an already modified harness to the fuel rail.)

Use the small nipple to route a vacuum line for the fuel pressure regulator.
This diagram highlights the plugs that need to be moved. They are F14, F19, F23 and F24 on page 868 of the FSM.
